CondoIQ was inspired in part by Scott’s own luxury condo journey at Art House in downtown St. Petersburg. Art House is a remarkable new development and a strong example of the elevated design, amenity quality, and urban lifestyle now shaping Florida’s luxury condo market.

That experience also gave Scott a deeper appreciation for how complex the luxury condo decision can be.

The decision is not just about a floor plan, view, finish package, or amenity list. Buyers are also choosing a lifestyle, a neighborhood, a daily rhythm, and a surrounding environment. Walkability, nearby restaurants, entertainment, traffic patterns, access points, sound exposure, pet facilities, privacy, service level, timing, pricing, and long-term market positioning can all shape the ownership experience.
